1. How do I make a return or exchange?

Email us within 30 days of receiving your order at msacorahair@gmail.com, including your order number. We will provide the return instructions and the designated return address.

All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged)

  • With lace uncut

  • Packaged in original packaging

We recommend using trackable shipping for all returns to prevent any delivery issues.


2. What is the exchange period?

You may request an exchange within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be in brand-new condition and unmodified in any way.


3. Do I pay for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect color, style, or length), we will cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, including ordering the wrong product or a change of mind:

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

    • A $15 restocking fee per item will be applied.

    • Any price difference must be covered by the customer.


4. Can I send my item back without contacting MS ACORA HAIR?

No. You must contact us first to confirm the return address and shipping details. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.


5. When will I receive my exchange?

Once your returned item is received and passes inspection, your replacement unit will be shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on location.


6. Can I return or exchange a customized wig?

Unfortunately, custom-made units are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a verified quality issue.


7. What if customs detains my package?

We will notify you if customs holds your shipment. You are responsible for clearing the package. If it is returned due to non-clearance, you will bear all associated costs.
